We want to believe that every one operating a boat has some sort of experience but we’d be fooling ourselves to make a bet on it. It’s never a good idea to simply buy a boat and go out into the water with no experience. There are some basic do’s & don’ts that are very crucial that start before you even approach that boat ramp.
